I want to start by thanking everyone for attending the 2014 Homecoming it was one of the largest alumni turnouts in years with brothers going back to 1994. The event was great with over 40 alumni attending throughout the night.
This semester the chapter pinned 4 associates’ members. We had the pleasure of meeting these individuals and are all good quality candidates. The undergrads have a strong following of freshman that will be pledging in the spring and should expect a strong 20+ associate member class.
With that said, it looks as if the chapter in the black and on a positive trend. We appreciated everyone’s help and now are looking to move the alumni relations forward with two new concepts.
Spring 2015 Formal
As most of you know, this is our 25th anniversary, and we would like to put together a full on White Carnation Ball including all undergrads, but more importantly alumni. The goal is to try to have an event that really helps bring the chapter back together.
Alumni Bank Account
We were able to setup an alumni bank account at PNC bank in Montclair. Why an alumni bank account? Why not! The goal is not only to centralized bank account for donations but an account that can help the chapter hold alumni events, be able to accept money for the upcoming formal, assist the undergrads and more importantly a way to assist the alumni in holding events.
